’’’’A Disappointing Experience After Being a Regular GuestI have been visiting Lords Inn Jaipur for quite a long time, and that is exactly why my recent experiences have been so disappointing. Over the last 2’3 visits, I have noticed a clear decline in the professionalism, responsiveness and overall service standards of the staff.On one occasion, I ordered a simple cup of tea, but it took almost 45 minutes to arrive’and unfortunately, the taste was equally disappointing. When I informed the staff and asked for another one, it again took an unnecessarily long time.I also requested a laundry bag, but there was no response at all. I had to ask again, and only then did it arrive after around 20 minutes.Even during breakfast, when I asked for tea, nobody responded. I eventually had to go personally to the reception and request it before it was arranged. These may seem like small things, but when they happen repeatedly, they make a guest feel completely ignored.The room experience was also not satisfactory’the bed was moving/shifting, which is something that should have been checked and maintained before a guest’s stay.What concerns me most is not one particular incident, but the overall attitude and lack of attentiveness. The experience has unfortunately gone from average to worse during my recent visits.I would, however, like to mention Vaishali from the kitchen/restaurant, who has always been very good, warm and easy to connect with. Her attitude and willingness to help genuinely stand out.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the staff’s training, responsiveness and service standards. As someone who has been coming here for a long time, I would genuinely like to see Lords Inn Jaipur return to the level of hospitality and professionalism that made me comfortable choosing it repeatedly.
