HOTEL HS INN

I had a terrible experience with Subah, who claims to be the manager. He is very rude, and I believe he should not be working at this hotel as he is damaging its reputation. Owner, please address this issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel close to World Trade Park, and sadly, it was disappointing. The location was convenient, just a 2-5 minute walk from World Trade Park, which was the only positive aspect. The hotel's restaurant was closed, which was unfortunate. More concerning was the poor condition of the room. Despite a reasonable size, it was crawling with tiny cockroaches in every corner, and we even saw a mouse! When we informed reception, the staff dismissed our claim, denying the presence of a mouse. Only after we insisted did they set a trap, which caught the mouse late at night. This was far from ideal when trying to relax. Due to the unhygienic conditions and unhelpful staff, I would not suggest staying here. It's better to find a cleaner and more comfortable option.

Very unhygienic hotel. Not good for families. Smoking all over and there were lot of cockroaches, rats all over. Hotel staff discovered change the room after so many requests

I booked a room first and checked in my room. Later I came to know that the bathtub mentioned in the room details is not provided for this room. Then I paid Rs. 1000 extra for the bathtub. The bathtub water heater is not working in the new room. Later I changed the room from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 1300. I have had to face so much trouble just because of one thing
