Stayed at hotel for 5 days. Hotel lacks basic sense of hospitality. The reception informed that hotel empties all mini bar item if a big group is staying as if the group is planning a loot of mini bar items. Trust issues from start only.Food quality is really bad with same menu being repeated everyday. Buffet food is sub standard.Food taste different when ordered from room probably hotel is able to generate extra revenue from in room dining.Hotel lacks basic parking as it is stuffed between buildings on all sides.Bathing area was clogged twice during five days stays which was to be cleared manually by house keeping staff.Overall, not a four star hotel and not recommended if anyone looking for a decent stay in Pink city.

Staff is helpful and dealings are straightforward. But while dealing with the staff at Reception Counter, you get a feeling that they can be more courteous and always remember that they are in hospitality business. So if you are asking someone to wait for checkin, even if it is between 12 noon to 2 pm, offer them a water bottle or some juice etc.

"This is such a cozy and charming spot! The coffee was brewed to perfection, and the pastries were fresh and flaky. It is a great place to sit down and get some work done or just relax with a good book. The staff is friendly and the background music creates a very pleasant vibe. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful, immaculate place in Jaipur that truly makes you feel at home. The staff are generally very friendly, welcoming, and polite. There’s a well-equipped gym, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options. The room was beyond comfortable: a great bed, spacious bathroom, excellent air conditioning, everything was really good.However, there were a couple of minor issues. The first night I was able to use YouTube on the TV without any problems, but the second night the Wi-Fi was turned off, so I couldn’t use the TV anymore. Additionally, when I ordered room service, the person who delivered the food asked quite intrusive questions, which made the interaction uncomfortable.Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and with a few small improvements, it could be an excellent experience. I would still happily recommend it.

I booked Agonda's Room Assigned On Arrival deal, imagining that this would result in a fabulous upgrade. It didn't. This being the real world, the hotel seemed to use the deal to offload rooms that would be hard to sell otherwise. In my case, this meant a room on the first floor overlooking the internal courtyard, with very, very little natural light and very tired decor. Like all the bedroom windows in the hotel, my window could not be opened. I reported that I could not change the temperature of my air conditioning. Subsequently I was told this had been fixed. But it hadn't. I reported it again, and it was fixed. The ceiling height in the corridor outside my room was very low, so it felt like walking through an underground bunker. Breakfast was good, but it could be so much better if a lot of small changes were made, and if staff were better trained. Unusually, the place seemed understaffed. On the plus side, the lobby is nice , and after I informed the hotel that I would be arriving to check-in at about 1am, there was a receptionist and porter on duty at that time.
