Golden Tulip Jaipur City Center

Overall, my stay at Golden Tulip Jaipur was above average and reasonably comfortable. The property has a good location, the ambience is pleasant, and the overall stay was satisfactory. The room and basic facilities were decent, and the hotel generally provides a comfortable experience.However, I was disappointed with one important aspect of the stay. For the food and other additional items/services that I ordered directly from the hotel, I was charged the applicable taxes, but I was not provided with a proper detailed bill/invoice for those additional charges.If the hotel is charging GST/taxes on food or other services, the guest should be provided with a proper bill clearly showing the items ordered, their prices, applicable taxes and the total amount paid. Not providing a proper bill despite charging taxes is not a good practice and raises concerns regarding billing transparency.Apart from this issue, the overall stay was above average and the property itself is good. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and ensure proper billing and transparency for all additional food and service charges in the future.

Golden Tulip City Center seems to be undergoing renovation. The rooms I stayed in were new. The staff were good. The place is at the heart of MI Road so great eating places, tourist places are very accessible. The only thing I didnt like was that the room size was very small. Also because of ongoing renovation there was noise throughout the day starting as early as 10am (This is temporary so I don’t blame the hotel)

Decent room but they are doing construction at 3rd floor which gave me headaches. even after several complaints they didn’t listen finally at 9 pm they stopped at too after threatening of police complaint. Bad i really mean bad breakfast for this kind of hotel and prices

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Tulip. Everything throughout our visit was smooth and well managed. The rooms were remarkably spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax.A special mention goes to Nirmala at the restaurant, who was exceptionally helpful, considerate, and genuinely attentive to our dining preferences and requirements. Her warmth and care made our meals truly enjoyable.We would also like to thank Ankit, who was friendly, polite, and extremely efficient, doing his job just right with a warm smile and making sure we had everything we needed.Overall, all was good, and the high standard of service from the team made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!
