Very poor experience. The property feels like a third-class accommodation, with extremely non-understanding, uncooperative, and unprofessional reception staff.They should understand that they are running a hotel, not a hostel, and any such strict or hidden rules should be clearly mentioned on the website before guests make a booking.They also do not serve breakfast in the room, which should have been clearly communicated beforehand. More importantly, at the time of booking, we were told that window rooms were available, but after arriving, we found out that there was apparently not a single window room in the entire hotel. This is completely misleading.Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would not want to visit again.
I stayed at Vesta Sapphire from 30 September to 1 October, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and welcoming. I especially appreciate that they accommodated my early check-in at 10:00 AM, as I had a business meeting at 10:30 AM. This level of understanding and hospitality really made my stay comfortable.The hotel is situated in a great location near Bapu Bazaar and some of Jaipur’s heritage attractions. Most of the major tourist places, local markets, and shopping areas are easily accessible from the hotel, making it a very convenient choice for both business and leisure travellers.Overall, a very good stay with excellent staff, a convenient location, and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend Vesta Sapphire and would be happy to stay here again.
i paid rs. xxx as a fine for blood stain on the sheet. this is not reasonable because:1. hotel industry does not overcharge for accidental menstrual blood stain.2. blood stains are washable.3. the fine is too much for the low quality sheets
