I had a generally good experience staying at this hotel. The facilities, location, and overall service are very good, and I would still recommend the hotel to others. Staff also polite.However, I was extremely disappointed by an incident on the morning of 17th. Due to a health condition, I had booked blood and urine tests, and the laboratory representative came to the hotel to collect my samples. The receptionist on duty initially refused to allow the representative to come to my room, asking me to come down from the 3rd floor to the ground floor to provide the samples.As a guest dealing with a health issue, I found this response shocking, insensitive, and unnecessarily inconvenient. I had to argue with the staff member before other hotel employees intervened and allowed the laboratory representative to come to my room after verifying his ID.I completely understand that hotels may have security policies regarding outside visitors, and checking the representative’s ID was perfectly reasonable. However, the way the situation was initially handled showed a lack of courtesy, understanding, and professionalism, particularly toward a guest who was unwell.I would therefore request the management to look into this incident and ensure that staff are properly trained to handle such situations with professionalism, empathy, and common sense.Despite this experience, I would still recommend this hotel because its location, facilities, and overall quality are very good. I hope management treats this feedback constructively and takes appropriate steps to prevent similar experiences for other guests.
A best stay with proper higen and clean ness staff was too good and coperative
This place is great for families, and the whole property is smoke-free 🚭. The staff is super helpful, and their cafe, "Cafe Viva," has awesome food at really good prices. It's also super close to Jaipur Junction railway station and right on the main road, so you won't have any trouble finding it.
