We stayed at Le Méridien Jaipur Resort & Spa from 28th May to 1st June (Room 408) for a family vacation with my husband and son. The sheer grandeur of the property is breathtaking, and for the most part, the service and staff beautifully match the royal ambiance of the hotel.The Highlight: Masterclass in Hospitality by the F&B TeamOur stay was made truly special by the Food & Beverage team. The service, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. We dined at the restaurant twice for dinner and were consistently blown away by the quality of the food and the flawless execution of service. The breakfast spread is also wonderfully elaborate, offering a fantastic start to the day.A massive shoutout to the incredible team members who took care of us:Nikhil: An absolute standout! He consistently went out of his way to ensure our absolute comfort, anticipating our needs before we even asked. He is a phenomenal asset to Le Méridien.Chef Ram, Ananya, Arpita, and Hitesh: All of them were incredibly attentive, genuinely friendly, and ensured our family felt thoroughly pampered throughout our meals.Property & AmenitiesThe resort itself is beautiful and perfectly maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed taking long walks through the stunning landscapes, relaxing by the massive, pristine swimming pool, and making use of the well-appointed fitness center. It truly feels like an oasis.Areas for ImprovementWhile our overall experience was excellent, there are two areas where the Front Office team could step up to match the high standards of the rest of the resort:Transport Assistance: On our first evening, as we were unfamiliar with how local ridesharing (Uber) operates in this area, we found it quite difficult to arrange transport to the city. We felt the Front Office could have been more helpful or informative. Due to the lack of guidance, we ended up hiring an outside car company for the remainder of our stay. A little proactive local guidance would go a long way for out-of-town travelers.Room Readiness: Although our booking was clearly for 3 adults, the room was initially set up for two. We had to specifically request extra amenities like water bottles and bathrobes to be delivered for the third person.Final VerdictDespite the minor hiccups at the front desk, the sheer excellence of the F&B service, the stunning property, and the warmth of team members like Nikhil more than made up for it. Full marks to the restaurant team! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.Highly recommended for families looking for a grand Jaipur getaway!

Such a lovely hotel. I have been to many hotels around the world, but this one, by far, had the most memorable service and hospitality. Shoutout to Nikhil, who was incredibly kind and helpful, especially during breakfast, helping us get everything to the table and even arranging custom items that were not available.The property was beautiful, and the room was spacious and clean. Although there were too many pigeons ’?, they seemed friendly and kept their distance. The amenities inside the room were of great quality, as MALIN+GOETZ has been a recurring brand in my routine.The food at the restaurant was really good, and it served some of the best naan I have had. The bar above it gave classy vibes, and the mixology was top-notch. The pool table was fun to play on, and the music was a vibe as well.Overall, a 10/10 stay ,really loved it. Will definitely visit again and again.
