Overall, the property was clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms were well maintained. However, I did not feel it offered good value for the money.The property is located off the main route, making it less convenient to access. One major issue was that guests were using the swimming pool until around 12:00 AM, creating a lot of noise and disturbing the stay.There is no elevator, and despite the traditional Rajasthani theme, there were no horse or elephant experiences as expected. The service was also below average and did not justify the price.While the property itself is decent, I believe there are much better hotels in Jaipur available at similar or even lower rates that offer a better overall

I went Last week, Khas bagh property is very pictureque and the rooms are very big. It feels like Royalty and the architecture represents their culture. Staff is very courteous and polite.Few goods- 1.Their food escpecially Jodhpuri Gatta curry and Lal Maans served with Tawa roti. A bit expensive but worth the taste.2. They are pet friendly which is a mandatory requirement for usm3. Huge area for Kids and Pets as gardens are big and swimming pool is good too.4. You can listen to birds, peacocks whole day.5.It is Outside City so No noise just pure bliss.Few negatives1. Breakfast particularly i didn't like as nothing traiditional or local item was given. It was very basic like paranthas or Poha that i can eat outside with better taste.2.Due to off season the staff was short, some things were taken for granted like swimming pool maintenance with no chlorine and changing rooms being used as godown.3.No fridge inside rooms in the scorching heat. Every time you have to call Staff for cold water.Overall i would recommend but in season time and do get Room no 16 if possible as AC works best in it.

There is a large area for kids and pets, with big gardens and a nice swimming pool. 4. You can hear birds and peacocks all day. 5. Being outside the city, there is no noise, just peacefulness. Some negatives: 1. I didn't like the breakfast as it lacked traditional or local items; it was very basic like paranthas or poha, which I can get elsewhere with better taste. 2. Due to the off-season, staff was limited, and some things were neglected, like the swimming pool maintenance without chlorine and changing rooms used as storage. 3. No fridge in the rooms during the hot weather, so you have to ask staff for cold water each time. Overall, I would recommend visiting during the season and try to get room number 16 if possible, as its AC works best.

Pros:1. Beautiful heritage property, very aesthetically done rooms and premises.2. Green areas and terrace to walk around3. Staff was warm and listened to our concerns ( though they can work on their speed)4. Food was tasty and good. We tried only Indian cuisine. Not sure about continental.Cons:1. We went in the off season and the property was dull and looked it was shut down. We had to ask the staff to switch on lights on the FF at night.2. Tandoor items not available, the much advertised polo lounge was shut.3. Swimming pool was accessible but not completely clean.4. ACs were not cooling, fans are antique design ones and very slow.5. Bathroom naali was a blocked.6. No activity room or anything to do.In a nut shell, they have made it beautifully but it didn’t feel luxurious at all. They need to work on their experience and add small little things to give a 5 star experience (even in non-peak times).
