I am extremely disappointed with the service being provided.I had ordered wok-fried rice and noodles from in-room dining for takeaway, but when I checked my order, I found only the fried rice—there were no noodles at all.To make matters worse, the intercom was not working, making it difficult to communicate with the staff. The breakfast service was also extremely disappointing and poorly managed.This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel. I would appreciate an explanation regarding these repeated service lapses.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal at Sehara Rooftop. The setting was lovely, the dishes were tasty, and the staff provided outstanding service. Many thanks to the Butler team for their kind welcome and the detailed tour. All in all, it was a memorable visit, and I am eager to return.

Our stay at the Raffles Jaipur can only be described as pure magic. From the moment we got out of our car, we were greeted with a royal ceremonial bugle and a flutist, and the staff welcomed us warmly. We were presented with a beautiful silk stole, a rose, and a welcome drink of our choice. The hotel's grandeur and luxury are beyond words. It is a timeless masterpiece where heritage, romance, and subtle luxury blend seamlessly. Upon entering the palace, the detailed marble carvings, lovely palm trees, and indoor fountain create an oasis-like atmosphere. The amazing architecture, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in every room and corner of this Queen’s Palace are truly impressive. The front office team welcomes you with warmth, grace, and perfect efficiency, making every interaction feel genuine and personal—true Rajasthani hospitality at its best. Luxury here is elegant, calm, and deeply soothing, not flashy. The 2 Michelin keys awarded to the hotel are well deserved. The exceptional culinary skills made our lunch unforgettable. The staff’s care, concern, and warmth made our stay very special. The ambiance and cleanliness are excellent. The entire palace feels immaculate, and the rooms are incredible, making you feel like you’re in another world. Special thanks to Mr. Allen Augustin from the Butler’s team for his wonderful history of the palace and the full guided tour, Mr. Rishabh Jadli from Housekeeping for his personal care, Ms. Jenelia and Mr. Harshit Bhatia for warmly serving the evening tea ritual, Shabnam from the Butler’s team, Ms. Akriti Tamang from the Restaurant, and especially Chef Manoj and Chef Bhatti who excelled in every dish. Each of them made us feel so welcomed and special that these memories will stay with us forever. Overall, it was an exotic and delightful experience that makes us want to return again and again.
