It gave me grand feeling while entering Taj Amer Jaipur. It is surrounded by hill all around with beautiful sceneries. Hotel ambience, room design, cleanliness, staff behavior was awesome. Above all, brekfast buffet has so many varieties with exceptional food quality.

Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this hotel. My family and I traveled for 12 hours to get there, ensuring in advance that we had the correct documentation. We were told that we only needed to provide the main person’s ID to check in, and everything was fine.However, when we arrived, one of the employees insisted that we could not stay even though we had provided other legal forms of identification. We double-checked before we left to make sure we had everything we needed, and were reassured that this would not be an issue.After waiting for three hours, we were told we had to leave because one of us couldn’t provide that particular ID, despite earlier assurances. The most frustating thing is they let us check in for 3 hours after cross checking required documents for the primary IDS for room reservations and than out of the blue asked us to provide additional information again. This caused embarrassment and inconvenience for my family, leaving us stranded with nowhere to go. The lack of clear communication and the inconsistency in the information we received from different employees is unacceptable.I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with family and friends. they did not take any accountability for the worst experience they caused us.

Spent the weekend at Taj Hotels in Jaipur with my colleagues, and the experience was genuinely impressive.From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-managed and thoughtfully designed. The property reflects elegance in every corner. The rooms were comfortable, the service was prompt and professional, and the overall atmosphere carried that signature Taj warmth.The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight. Peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. It added a special touch to the whole stay.We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shakti, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. He guided us properly, shared valuable insights, and ensured our experience was smooth throughout. His hospitality truly stood out.Overall, it was a refined and memorable stay. Taj continues to uphold its legacy of quality, comfort, and timeless hospitality. One of the finest places to stay in Jaipur, without a doubt.

The facility is amazing and beautiful. The staff are very attentive. The actual service is a mess. Both the concierge and the reception desk are a problem. I hope that my experience was somehow a one-off, but they didn't seem to act like this was unusual.I had been in email contact with the concierge for weeks before our arrival to arrange a tour guide for two days in Jaipur. In multiple emails I asked, and they confirmed that a guide was already lined up and that the guide had reviewed my custom itinerary in advance. When we arrived, I introduced myself to the concierge who said that he could "call a guide for us". I told him that a guide was already arranged and showed him the emails. He was unaware of this and again said he would "find" a guide. The guide arrived 30 minutes later, and confirmed with me that he had never seen my itinerary and wasn't told about the tour until the call 30 minutes earlier.Later when one of my travel companions left his room card in the room and requested another, they looked him up in the system and said that he was staying in a different room, and tried to give him a key to the wrong room. Checking out was a total mess. Rooms that had been prepaid in Expedia were credited to different guests, and they made us re-pay. Later, when this was reviewed they said it would 5-7 business days for us to receive refunds for the double charge.

Everything’from the bedding to the amenities’adds to the overall comfort without feeling overly extravagant, which makes it excellent value for money.One of the highlights of the stay is the food. The quality, taste, and presentation are consistently impressive. The dishes are flavourful, well-prepared, and satisfying, making dining at the hotel a genuinely enjoyable experience rather than just a convenience.Overall, Taj Amer delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable stay with a touch of luxury that feels accessible and worth every penny. Ideal for both leisure and short getaways, it’s a place you’d happily return to.
