ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is peaceful, tasteful, well maintained, and the service is impeccable. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and also enjoyed the evening happy hour with complementary drinks, snacks and local folk music and dancing. Would highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price point.While the hotel itself is a beautiful property with a lot of potential, the rooms felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. We had specifically booked a room with a small child and requested a king-size bed, but were given a twin bed instead, which was inconvenient. The other suite we booked had a very poor view ’ it looked directly into a wall and an under-construction building, which was disappointing.The kids’ pool was dirty and had insects in it, which was quite concerning. The quality of cocktails at the outdoor bar was average at best, and the food options in the lounge were limited and also fairly average. On a positive note, the service at the bar was good and the staff there were courteous.However, the front desk staff were quite unhelpful and the overall management style felt impersonal ’ more like a government office than a hospitality-driven hotel. It was also frustrating that there is no direct email address available, and calling the hotel means being kept on hold for long periods.Overall, while the property has great potential, it is not being managed to the standard one would expect at this price. There are far better options available in the same price range. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel as it is definitely not worth the money.

The customer service was incredible!Everyone was smiling and took incredible care of my family. We ate lunch at Peshawari and the food was delectable. The kids weretaken care of and since we don't eat spicy food, they catered to our requests with so much humility even brought us a shawl for when some of us were cold. The facilities looked so clean and well maintained and the hotel smelled incredible. Overall a true luxury experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The room was up to the mark, and the place made our day even more memorable. I'd highly rate the hospitality provided by all the staff, especially Shalu and Akanksha. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for their special stay.

I am leaving this review to specifically compliment Ojas who works at the poolside bar at ITC Rajputana. He service is truly 5 stars and he truly puts forward his best in his work. Great conversations, fast and attentive service, and makes everything smooth and easy. This man deserves a big raise and attention to the hard work he puts in every day. Thanks Ojas!
