Hotel LD Prime

I was initially excited and impressed by the photos shared by the property, but my experience was disappointing. After booking, when I checked with the property about my reservation, they told me it would take 1 to 2 days to appear in their system. A day later, when I contacted them again, they said that although my booking included breakfast, it would not be provided. I explained that I had paid for it and expected it, but they said it was mistakenly listed on Agoda and that breakfast would cost an extra INR 200 per person. At check-in, the experience worsened: all three rooms assigned to us were unclean and had a bad smell. We managed to change one room due to poor ventilation and odor. Later, we had to change another room because the water geyser gave electric shocks; the same unrepaired room was given to another guest, who also complained loudly to the staff. The extra bed provided was just a PVC sheet without a cover, and we noticed many bed bugs in the room and on the bed sheets. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I strongly advise against booking this property. I have already filed two complaints with Agoda and followed up multiple times but am still waiting for a response and refund.

Extremely poor hotel, avoid it. The beds had bed bugs and I got an infection after staying here.

I said have paid for it and need it but was responded that it is mistakenly updated on Agoda website and we provide with extra money @INR 200 per pax.Later at check in the experience was again very bad, allocated all 03 rooms were not clean, smelling badly and not good, later we got change of 1 room and also provided extra bed was just PVC sheet with out cover. Even lot of bed bugs were observed in room and bed sheet. Very horribal experience over all.Strongly recommend and suggest not to book such property. already did two complaints to Agoda but still waiting for action and refund of my money

When I came to Jaipur, I wanted to stay near the railway station because I had a train to Indore the next day. So, I booked a room and got room 002, which was very dirty and not cleaned well. They didn't provide the AC remote. When I called reception to ask for mineral water, they told me to "go outside and get it." The towels were used, pillows dirty, and overall not maintained. They should probably do some maintenance.

Had a terrible time. The manager and employees were very rude, disrespectful, and not professional. The hotel itself is in bad shape. I wouldn't suggest anyone come or stay here.
