There were cockroaches in rooms also neither television nor AC working properly.. 16° C AC temperature will give you a feel of 27° C.
From outside hotel is beautiful but it has damped rooms. We booked 1 room for 3 adults but hotel staff said us that the double bed is big enough for e people. Also the didn't provide any blanket in an Ac room just a sheet. When asked the receptionist said " garmi me koi kambal kahaan use karta hai". The didn't even give us towels.
I recently stayed at the Royal Palace hotel during my business trip and I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided. The hotel is located in a prime location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, and a hot shower. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a gym and spa which I found to be quite relaxing after a long day of work. The only downside to my stay was that the Wi-Fi connection in my room was slow at times. However, overall, I would highly recommend this Royal Palace hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
