I had an amazing birthday celebration here and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. From the moment we got there, everything was carefully managed and the whole evening felt unique. Special thanks to Ravi, the F&B Head, and Deepak Joshi from his team, who were very polite, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make my birthday unforgettable. Their kindness and personal care really made the experience more delightful. The food was fantastic, the mocktails and drinks were excellent, and the service overall was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist without being intrusive. This blend of great cuisine, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail makes this place stand out. Many thanks to Ravi, Deepak, and the whole team for making my day so special. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday here and would gladly return. This is definitely a place to visit for anyone seeking great food, drinks, and most importantly, sincere warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Good hotel.

We stayed at this property for the first time recently, but honestly, it doesn't live up to the famous Marriott brand. There was no security check at the main gate or reception—no scanners or anything. We had paid part of the booking advance for two rooms, but at check-in, they said they wouldn't give us the rooms without full payment, which we paid immediately. We agreed to pay an extra 1500 for an additional bed, but again at 10 pm, they insisted on payment or no bed. Is this really Marriott Bonvoy? When we asked to speak to the manager at night, he kept us waiting and acted very busy. Shouldn't customer service be a priority? The rooms were below standard; for example, the chair in room 111 was broken but still there. Overall, very disappointing first stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for one night. The only positive was the restaurant staff, who were polite and welcoming. I don't understand how Marriott Bonvoy partnered with a property that has poor ambiance, uncooperative staff, no security, and just average food.
