Team Management Hotel Highway King, बगरू, Jaipur,This feedback be considered as COMPLAINT for the following inconvenience experienced during our stay at room no. 128 & 129 at Hotel Highway King, Bagru, Jaipur by self and family booked in advance theough Agoda App. It is requested that, relevant compensation be provided against the following listed issues faced by self and family:-1. Non-availability of requisite toiletries in the rooms.2. Confusion regarding the Menu with respect to the complimentary breakfast promised to us during booking resulting extended waiting time for having breakfast.3. There is no separate enclosure to treat and entertain the complimentary breakfast. Everytime we have to shuttle between the reception and the restaurant. Absolute pathetic experience. 4. Untrained personnel employed in the house keeping and service department resulted inconveniences of arguments by staff. Experienced embarrassing moments than experi3ncing promised comfortable hospitality during our stay.5. Rooms warrants and need deep cleaning. We have been given rooms sighted with fungus and dust, which were not expected by the management.6. Unfair deal for the price we have paid against the experience we have throttled through.Anticipating a satisfying co.pensation for the irrecoverable and pathetic experience by self and family.Sameena shaik
