Review: One Star - Avoid This PlaceI rarely feel the need to leave such a harsh review, but my recent experience was genuinely frustrating.The most immediate issue is the physical space. The layout is incredibly cramped and poorly optimized; it felt suffocating just trying to move around. It’s clear they are trying to pack in as many people as possible without any regard for comfort or safety.Adding to the discomfort were the toilets. They were in an appalling state’unsanitary, poorly maintained, and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. It’s a basic expectation of any establishment to provide a clean environment, and they failed miserably here.However, the breaking point was the manager’s attitude. When I tried to politely bring these issues to their attention, I was met with pure arrogance. Instead of being professional or helpful, they were dismissive and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience to their day. It’s one thing to have a subpar facility, but it’s another to treat customers with such blatant disrespect.I won’t be returning, and I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you value cleanliness and decent service.Would you like me to tailor this review for a specific type of business, such as a restaurant, a gym, or a retail store?

My wife and I stayed here for a night, the tariff was reasonable. The hotel and rooms are neat and clean with the AC and Geyser in good conditon. Even the shower was working fine. The low rating is due to the spring mattress the springs of which had given in, and the service which was lacking, we asked for a towel in the morning which was not provided.

The staff was very courteous and friendly . The manager was extremely courteous and friendly . I had a comfortable time there . Food was delicious . Rooms were decent . Location was very easy to find , accessible and in a very good area . I loved the stay there . I would definitely recommend Hotel Yulia.

I recently stayed at Hotel Yuliya (2 rooms for 4 guests) and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The room quality was poor, showing clear signs of negligence and lack of maintenance. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited and substandard options ’ far from what one would expect given the high price.When I politely requested the staff to pack a single paratha for my child, who couldn’t eat breakfast at the same time due to a mood swing, they flatly refused. Their complete lack of empathy or flexibility was both surprising and disappointing.To make matters worse, during my stay, the staff insisted to clear my bill mid-stay, claiming it was to ensure I wouldn’t ’run away without paying.’ This comment was highly offensive, unprofessional, and humiliating. Such treatment clearly reflects a total lack of respect and trust toward guests.I was supposed to stay for three more days, but due to their unprofessional and insulting behavior, I checked out immediately.This hotel is grossly overpriced for the level of service, hospitality, and respect it offers. I would strongly advise against staying at Hotel Yuliya. Choose a place that truly values its guests and upholds even the most basic standards of hospitality.

’Comfortable Stay in a Great Location!’I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Yulia. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the basic amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. What really stood out was the hotel’s central location ’ just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was decent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend for a short and convenient stay!
