I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The ambiance was beautiful, rooms were spotless, and all the facilities were top-notch.A special thanks to Abhishek and Meenakshi from the Front Office for their outstanding hospitality. They were both extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and helpful nature truly made my stay more comfortable and memorable.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

This hotel is an absolute travesty, a shameful blemish on Jaipur’s hospitality scene. The glossy photos plastered across their website and online listings are a blatant lie ’ what’s promised as a regal, luxurious retreat is nothing but a dilapidated, poorly maintained dump. It’s a classic case of bait-and-switch, and I’m furious for falling for it.The food? An outright abomination. The breakfast was a disgusting mess ’ tasteless, barely edible slop that I wouldn’t feed to stray dogs. Traveling with my young daughter made this even more infuriating. The kitchen shuts down at night, and when I begged for something as simple as milk for her, the staff acted like I was asking for their firstborn. Their dismissive, irritated attitude was beyond unacceptable ’ it was downright hostile.Don’t even get me started on the so-called ’amenities.’ The bathroom was a disgrace ’ not a single toiletry in sight. No soap, no shampoo, nothing. I called the front desk repeatedly, practically pleading for basics, but they couldn’t be bothered to lift a finger. It’s as if they take pride in neglecting their guests.The service ’ or lack thereof ’ was an insult. No one was around to assist with luggage during check-in or check-out. They had the audacity to dump our bags outside like garbage, without so much as a word to us. To make matters worse, I misplaced my room key card on the premises during checkout. Instead of helping me look for it, the staff shrugged it off and slapped me with an outrageous fine. It’s not just unprofessional ’ it’s borderline extortion.The front desk staff were the epitome of rudeness, sneering and rolling their eyes at every request. They treated us like we were a nuisance, not paying guests. Their attitude was so vile it felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay in their pathetic excuse for a hotel.This place is a complete scam, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. There are countless better hotels in Jaipur that offer genuine hospitality at a fraction of the price. Save yourself the misery and avoid this overpriced, mismanaged disaster at all costs. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Never again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, but what really made my experience special was the staff at the front office, especially Abhishek. He was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Abhishek made the check-in and check-out process smooth and also guided me very well during my stay. His hospitality truly stood out and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort with outstanding service.

It was very good overall experience. Great location closed with all major attractions, beautiful surroundings, clean and maintained hygiene. Excellent service where we had breakfast( tasty & healthy),polite/attentive staff, helpful receptionist, well equipped room. Value for money experience. Highly recommend’’....we will come back for sure!
