The hotel is reasonably maintained; however, there is a noticeable shortage of staff at the reception as well as support staff for guest services.The most disappointing experience was with the hotel’s travel desk. Mr. Pradeep, who introduced himself as the travel desk representative, behaved more like a commission agent than a genuine travel professional. From the moment we arrived, his conduct appeared misleading and unethical.He repeatedly took us to pre-arranged textile shops with no other customers, clearly driven by commission rather than guest interest. Similarly, he directed us to specific restaurants for lunch and dinner where he appeared to receive commissions. Tourists were treated more like sources of revenue than valued guests.Despite promising a package covering 8 tourist locations, we were taken to only 6 places. We were deliberately discouraged from visiting the remaining locations by stating they were ’too far,’ which was never mentioned at the time of booking.In addition to this, he charged nearly ’2,000 more than the agreed package amount and also demanded an extra ’500 for lunch charges, which were neither discussed nor agreed upon in advance.I strongly urge the hotel management to review this arrangement and immediately disassociate from such commission-driven individuals. Such practices severely harm the hotel’s reputation and result in a poor guest experience.

This property calls itself a 5-star hotel, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.I am currently staying at Clarion Bella Casa, Jaipur. I personally checked with the restaurant and front office regarding food availability and was clearly told that food can be reheated and basic items can be served at any time. However, when I tried calling the kitchen later, no one picked up the call. I then contacted the front office again, and they assured me the issue would be resolved ’ but no one came, and no follow-up was done.At this point, I was left confused and helpless:Should I wait endlessly?Should I eat cold food?Or should I simply waste the food?This is not what you expect from a hotel that claims to be 5-star.Adding to this, the base price of a simple tawa roti is ’85, and even after charging such premium rates, the response is ’we will reheat it for you’ ’ followed by complete indifference. After taking the order and money, guests are treated like they don’t matter.This feels misleading and unprofessional. A 5-star label means nothing if basic service, communication, and guest care are missing. Very disappointing experience.

The front desk staff was extremely polite, professional, and quick with the check-in process. They made sure all my preferences were taken care of with a smile, which instantly gave me a sense of comfort and homeliness.The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The beds are cozy, the bathrooms are hygienic, and the amenities provided are up to the mark. I'm sharing our recent stay at Hotel "Clarion Bella Casa" to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, our experience didn't meet our expectations.The hotel's ambiance was overshadowed by reports of paranormal activities, which made us feel uneasy. Additionally, the staff was scarce, and we often had to wait for assistance.What's more, we were charged for services not originally agreed upon, which was disappointing. Transparency regarding additional fees would have been appreciated.Despite the issues, we understand that hotels can have off days. However, these concerns might help others evaluate their options.

I stayed here last night in Kasa Bela Hotel, Jaipur, 109. Then the receptionist deposited Rs. 3000 from me. Then I paid him the money. After that, I go to my site for work in the morning. I am sitting in a meeting at work. And his staff is calling me and asking me to deposit Rs. 4400. I am sending a scanner. And I said that I will come to the hotel and pay you. All my luggage was inside the room. He had locked the hotel door. When I came and opened the door with the card, the door did not open. I went to the receptionist and asked him why my door was not opening. He told me to deposit Rs. 4400 right now. I said that if you had stopped me for this money, you could have told me yesterday. Then I would have paid you yesterday. If you want advance, take advance. But you don't have any authority to lock rooms like this. This is a very bad experience for me. And I would suggest that no one should come to this hotel to stay. So make a better review than this and give it to me. So that I can post that review.
