Pleasant Stay with Issues

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.* Staff: The staff were friendly and could communicate in English, which made our stay easier.* Room: We booked the more affordable room, and upon arrival, we were initially given a room with a strong smoking smell, even though the hotel is non-smoking. However, the staff was very understanding and quickly moved us to another room. The room itself was decent – a bit older than the photos suggested but still comfortable. It had everything we needed: hot water for showers, towels, a kettle, and drinking water. The only thing missing was a mini fridge.* Amenities: The hotel has a small lobby and a restaurant, although we didn’t dine there.* Location: While the hotel is a bit far from the city center (about a 30-minute tuk-tuk ride), it’s conveniently close to the airport and surrounded by restaurants, mini-markets, cafes, and shopping malls.* Internet: The Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable throughout our stay.While we did enjoy our time here, we felt that the price was a bit steep for what the hotel offers. Given the range of options available in the area, we believe there are more affordable alternatives that provide similar or even better value.
