They are supportive but still there are more rooms for improvement from each angle such as hospitality, facility, fooding.
Receptionist charged us 700 for early check-in which was only 2 hours before check in time. Usually rooms are provided 1-2 hours early of possible. But they changed us. This I don't like. Ihave been to many places and mostly did early check-in 2-3 hours before and not a single hotel charged us for this.
