We stayed at this hotel for two days and had booked two rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointingThe receptionist was neither polite nor welcoming, which is the basic expectation when checking into any hotel. The attitude at the front desk felt unprofessional.The rooms themselves were just average. The bathroom had bottles for shower gel but they were completely empty, which clearly shows poor housekeeping and attention to detail.The most frustrating part was the room service. When I requested whiskey glasses and some cutlery, the staff refused and started arguing instead of simply assisting. It is quite shocking that a hotel staff would argue with guests over something as basic as sending plates and glasses for food.The complimentary breakfast was also average with limited options and below average taste.Overall, the service standards were poor and the staff behavior made the stay unpleasant. Definitely not the kind of hospitality one expects when paying for a hotel stay.Lastly, the parking situation is very limited. There are only two parking spaces available for cars, and the rest of the guests are forced to park on the roadside curb, which is quite inconvenient and not secure.

Excellent hospitality and a very pleasant stay. The entire team was helpful and attentive. Mr. Rajendra Singh and his staff maintain high service standards and make guests feel welcome. Rooms were neat and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

Hotel Stay FeedbackI would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay, as the overall experience was disappointing and far below expectations, especially considering the price being charged.Parking: The property is not suitable for guests arriving with their own vehicle. There is parking space for only two cars, and others are forced to park on a narrow road outside, which is highly inconvenient.Room Condition & Maintenance: Although the room was presented as a ’luxury room’ on the website, the actual condition was quite the opposite. The mirrors were dull and stained, making them difficult to use. The commode flush was not functioning properly, and the shower area drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate like a small pool during use.Door Lock & Security Concern: The card lock system did not work properly. Each time access was needed, we had to depend on the front desk. On one occasion, the door was opened using a makeshift screwdriver method through a hole to access the handle from inside. This created a strong sense of insecurity.Service & Staff Support: Morning service support was missing despite a menu being placed in the room for tea/coffee. The staff starts at around 7:30 am and the kitchen begins only at 8:00 am, which is not practical for guests who need to start their day early.Breakfast Experience: At the restaurant, basic essentials like water and tissue paper were not available. When I requested hot pooris, I had to wait nearly 25 minutes. The overall attitude of the staff did not feel welcoming or service-oriented.Overall Value: There is a clear mismatch between the price being charged and the quality of facilities and service being provided. The experience did not meet the expectations set by the property’s description.I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve the guest experience.
