Had a great time here! Good Greenery around. Nice pool! Good food! Rooms are huge size and you feel like royalty. Consider this hotel if you have the budget for it!

Diggi Palace Jaipur provides an unforgettable experience, blending royal heritage with modern comforts and tranquil natural settings away from the city's hustle. From arrival, we felt warmly welcomed, and the excellent hospitality continued throughout our visit. The staff are professional, polite, helpful, and always eager to assist, ensuring guests feel appreciated. The rooms are large, stylish, and well-kept, perfectly combining comfort with heritage appeal. The property is beautiful, featuring lush gardens, quiet paths, and a soothing atmosphere that offers a luxurious escape in nature. Seeing peacocks and squirrels freely wandering the grounds was a charming highlight. The swimming pool is clean and well cared for, suitable for families and couples wanting to relax. A notable service is the free pickup option available if arranged when booking, showing the hotel's dedication to guest convenience. The only aspect needing improvement is the restaurant. Although the setting is nice, the food is average and not very memorable given the high prices. The menu has limited choices for Indian guests, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and surprisingly lacks authentic Rajasthani dishes, which many expect in Jaipur. The dining seems more tailored to international visitors than local tastes. Overall, Diggi Palace is a great option for a luxurious family stay in Jaipur. Its stunning heritage design, peaceful natural environment, excellent hospitality, and quality accommodations make it highly recommended despite the restaurant's flaws.

Hotels usually allow cancellations upon request since no one asks to cancel unless the hotel is in very poor condition. This hotel did not, making our stay miserable until we checked out a day early. I would completely avoid this place. They rent out uncomfortable rooms with minimal furniture under the guise of heritage, and the service is far from hotel standards. Initially, they put us in a damp room with seeping walls and a bad smell. When we complained, they showed us three similar rooms, admitting the property is old and all rooms are damp. When we asked to cancel, the staff became anxious. After involving our agent and causing a fuss, they finally showed us cleaner rooms, but it was already 6 pm after a noon check-in, and we were exhausted. Despite insisting on cancellation, the hotel refused, forcing us to stay to avoid losing money. The pool was full of dead insects, only one restaurant was open, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. My partner felt unsafe being alone there. We checked out a day early due to safety concerns. This property should be avoided, especially for refusing cancellation on valid grounds. However, if given a terrible room, keep complaining until they offer their best one.

I attended the FDCI Men's Weekend at Diggi Palace in Jaipur and had an amazing time. The palace's historic charm and regal atmosphere made it an ideal location for this esteemed fashion event. The venue highlights Jaipur's vibrant culture and architectural beauty, offering a memorable experience for both guests and participants. The hospitality and event organization were excellent. It's an excellent place for fashion and cultural gatherings.
