’ 1/5 | Avoid This Resort ’ Misleading Information, Poor Service, and Terrible ExperienceI visited Balaji Seven Hills, Jaipur with a group of six friends and unfortunately had one of the worst resort experiences we've ever had. We had booked two Luxury Family Suites through Goibibo, based on the amenities and facilities advertised online. However, the reality was completely different.Upon check in, one of our rooms was clearly not ready for guests. The washroom had exposed electrical cables and unfinished construction work. It was shocking that such a room was assigned to paying guests in the first place. Despite repeatedly raising the issue, it took the staff almost half a day to resolve it, disrupting our travel plans and wasting valuable time. The room quality was extremely poor and unhygienic. The washrooms were not properly cleaned, and basic hygiene standards were missing. What was even more surprising was that many of the amenities advertised on the booking platform were unavailable. The property listed several amenities such as ironing facilities and other guest services, but they did not even provide basic essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, or a dental kit. The listing is highly misleading and does not reflect the actual experience. The swimming pool, which was one of the reasons we booked the resort, was also in a very poor condition. It was dirty and appeared to have been inadequately maintained. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to get it cleaned. The food quality was equally disappointing. During breakfast, there was even a short circuit incident, raising serious safety concerns. The food itself was of very poor quality. We ordered items including Chole Bhature, and the taste was extremely disappointing, as if the dish had simply been watered down. To make matters worse, two members of our group suffered food poisoning after eating at the property. The billing process was another unpleasant experience. When we arrived, the staff voluntarily offered us complimentary breakfast, mentioning that we must be tired after our journey. However, during checkout, they suddenly presented us with a bill of approximately ’1,800 for the same breakfast. The bill also contained items that we had never ordered. Although we were willing to pay for everything we had actually consumed, the management refused to correct the bill or acknowledge their earlier commitment regarding the complimentary breakfast. The worst part came during checkout. While we were loading our luggage into our cab, the manager behaved in a rude and aggressive manner. He rushed to the main gate, shut it, and threatened to call the police over the billing dispute. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the management chose intimidation and confrontation, which was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. To add to all of this, the resort is located far from Jaipur's main attractions and city center, making travel inconvenient and adding unnecessary commute time.Key Issues:’ Room assigned while still under construction with exposed electrical wiring’ Half a day wasted getting basic room issues fixed’ Unhygienic rooms and washrooms’ Dirty and poorly maintained swimming pool’ Missing basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, and dental kit’ Several advertised amenities were unavailable or misleading’ Poor quality food, resulting in food poisoning for two guests’ Electrical short circuit incident during breakfast’ False promise of complimentary breakfast followed by unexpected charges’ Incorrect billing with items we never ordered’ Rude, aggressive, and threatening behavior from the manager’ Inconvenient location away from the cityOverall, this stay was a complete disappointment. The resort failed to deliver on its advertised amenities, basic hygiene standards, food quality, customer service, and billing transparency. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property and be extremely cautious about any promises or charges made by the management.

I stayed at Balaji Seven Hills, Jaipur with six friends and had one of the worst resort experiences ever. We booked two Luxury Family Suites via Goibibo, attracted by the listed amenities, but the reality was very different. One room was not ready at check-in, with exposed electrical wires and unfinished work in the bathroom. Despite raising this issue multiple times, it took staff nearly half a day to fix it, disrupting our plans. The rooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained, with bathrooms not properly cleaned and missing basic toiletries like shampoo, soap, and dental kits, contrary to what was advertised. The swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained, requiring repeated requests for cleaning. Food quality was bad; during breakfast, a short circuit occurred, and two guests got food poisoning. The taste of dishes like Chole Bhature was very disappointing. Billing was problematic: although breakfast was initially offered complimentary, we were charged about ₹1,800 at checkout, including items we never ordered. The management refused to correct the bill or honor their earlier promise. The manager behaved rudely and aggressively during checkout, even threatening to call the police over the billing dispute. Additionally, the resort is located far from Jaipur’s main attractions, making travel inconvenient. Overall, the resort failed in hygiene, amenities, food, service, and billing, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.

I stayed at Balaji Seven Hills, Jaipur with six friends, and it was sadly one of the worst resort experiences we've had. We booked two Luxury Family Suites expecting comfort, but one room was still under construction with exposed cables in the bathroom, which was unsafe and unacceptable. Despite many complaints, it took staff nearly half a day to fix it, disrupting our plans and wasting vacation time. The rooms were generally in poor condition, bathrooms unhygienic, and the swimming pool was very dirty, requiring repeated requests to clean it before use. The food was disappointing; during breakfast, a short circuit occurred, raising safety concerns. The food quality was poor, like the Chole Bhature which tasted watered down. Two group members got food poisoning after eating there. Billing was frustrating: staff promised complimentary breakfast at check-in, but at checkout, we were charged about ₹1,800 for it plus extra items we never ordered. Management refused to honor their earlier promise and insisted on full payment. Checkout worsened when the manager acted rudely, shut the gate, and threatened to call police over the billing dispute, which felt like harassment. The resort is also far from the city and attractions, making travel inconvenient. In short: poorly maintained, unsafe rooms; dirty pool; bad food causing illness; misleading complimentary offers; incorrect billing; rude management; inconvenient location. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and verifying all charges and promises before booking.
