This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The general manager was extremely rude, nearly aggressive towards guests. He was disrespectful to a female guest who had settled all her bills, insulting people by calling them illiterate just because they couldn't pay daily. Even though guests were paying, he kept harassing and yelling at them. Truly a shameless individual.
