I want to share my dissatisfaction with the poor service and hospitality I encountered during my stay. As a guest, I anticipated basic cleanliness, functional facilities, and prompt help, but the service I received was very disappointing. During my stay, I faced several problems: - A used towel was given, which is a serious hygiene concern. - Basic cleanliness standards were not upheld. - The room's landline was out of order, making it hard to reach staff. - There was no clear information or contact details in the room for assistance. - The kettle in the room was dirty and not properly maintained. - No water bottle was provided after check-in. - A brushing kit was missing; when I asked at the front desk, I was told it was out of stock. Despite explaining I had no brushing kit, no one came to help or offer an alternative. Overall, the service was very poor and did not meet the expectations for a hospitality business. Basic hygiene, guest support, and essential amenities should be priorities. Because of this disappointing experience, I will not recommend this property to others nor book here again. Regards, Savita
