Basic room and comfortable bed. Restaurant food is fine but took 20 minutes to serve and we werecthe only ones there at the time.

The room was simple with a comfortable bed. The restaurant food was okay, but it took 20 minutes to be served even though we were the only guests there at that time.

Stayed 2 nights here recently with my husband - it was booked through a tour company. Our stay was okay for what we needed and but there was a number of pros and cons.CONS:1. Unfortunately, our room was street facing so very noisy - at all times. It was very difficult to go to sleep and stay asleep due to on going (who am I kidding, the constant, honking from drivers outside).2. Additionally, the hotel walls are paper thin, so we could frequently hear the people in the room opposite and next to us speaking/moving furniture/doing stuff with their luggage ect.3. Another sore point was poor wifi - very very slow and inconsistent. It was somewhat okay if you wanted a very slow scroll on Facebook but I was unable to watch videos / properly video chat with family back in Australia.4. There was also a limited variety for buffet breakfast (toast was stale and milk was warm).5. Shower leaked for a long time after use and we had very limited toilet paper provided (we had far less than half a roll in bathroom when we arrived and was not given more).6. Many of the wall sockets in the room do not work and look as though they are not secure/falling off the wall.PROS1. The room was large, with the bed and pillows being comfortable and clean.2. We had limited interaction with staff but the interaction we did have felt accommodating and welcoming.3. The aircon in the room was amazing, it was so icy cold we had to turn it off sometimes because we were feeling too cold in the room!4. We ordered room service for dinner one night and the food was quite good and had exceeded our expectations from our buffet breakfast experience.5. The location of the hotel is great, very central and close to main tourist attractions via car/scooter.

My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights through a tour company. Our stay met our basic needs, but there were several positives and negatives to note. NEGATIVES: 1. Our room faced the street, making it very noisy at all hours. Falling and staying asleep was tough due to the constant honking outside. 2. The walls were extremely thin, so we often heard neighbors talking, moving furniture, and handling luggage. 3. The wifi was very slow and unreliable. It was barely usable for slow Facebook scrolling, and I couldn't watch videos or video chat with family in Australia. 4. The buffet breakfast had limited options; the toast was stale and the milk warm. 5. The shower leaked for a long time after use, and there was very little toilet paper provided—less than half a roll when we arrived, with no refill. 6. Many wall sockets in the room were either non-functional or appeared loose and insecure. POSITIVES: 1. The room was spacious, with comfortable and clean bed and pillows. 2. Though we had limited contact with staff, they were friendly and accommodating. 3. The air conditioning was excellent—so cold we sometimes had to turn it off. 4. We ordered room service for dinner one night, and the food was quite good, better than the buffet breakfast. 5. The hotel is centrally located, close to major tourist spots accessible by car or scooter.
