I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Vimal Heritage. I am extremely disappointed with the overall service and facilities provided during my stay. The main issue was the air conditioning, which was not working properly at all. Despite informing the staff multiple times, no proper solution was provided. It was very uncomfortable, especially in such hot weather, and it completely ruined my stay.The room was not maintained properly and did not match the expectations shown online. Cleanliness was below average, and the staff response was slow and unprofessional. Instead of solving guest problems, they kept giving excuses. A hotel should provide at least basic comfort, but unfortunately this property failed badly.I chose this hotel expecting a peaceful and comfortable experience, but it turned into a frustrating and stressful stay. The management seriously needs to improve customer service, room maintenance, and especially the AC system. Guests pay money to relax and enjoy their stay, not to suffer in uncomfortable conditions.I would not recommend Vimal Heritage to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience. There are many better options available. Very poor management, poor maintenance, and overall a disappointing experience from start to finish.

My stay at Vimal Heritage was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I was very unhappy with the service and facilities throughout my visit. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially given the hot weather, and it completely spoiled my stay. The room was poorly maintained and did not live up to the expectations set by the online photos. Cleanliness was subpar, and the staff were slow to respond and unprofessional. Instead of addressing guest issues, they kept making excuses. A hotel should at least provide basic comfort, but this place failed badly. I picked this hotel hoping for a peaceful and comfortable stay, but it turned out to be frustrating and stressful. The management really needs to improve customer service, room upkeep, and especially the air conditioning. Guests pay to relax and enjoy their time, not to endure discomfort. I would not suggest Vimal Heritage to anyone seeking a quality hotel experience. There are many better choices out there. The management is poor, maintenance is lacking, and overall it was a disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Worst hotel ever experienced. Staff is very bad with negative attitude .Not so cooperative, even they have very rude behaviour.Room which i was alloted was having some kind of bad smell.Then they changed to different rooms and there i found cockroaches. Breakfast they dont have much options. Very limited.The pool which you see in the images , is not the way it look like in real scenario.I would recommend to go Hotel Park instead of wasting your money here . Botb have the same price and food quality is much better in Hotel park . Vimal hotel not at all recommended if you are staying with you family ,specially if you are having kids along with you.Trust this as a genuine review . .

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff have a very negative attitude and are not cooperative; they even behave rudely. The room I was first given had a bad smell. After switching rooms, I found cockroaches there. The breakfast options are very limited. The pool shown in the pictures looks very different from reality. I suggest choosing Hotel Park instead, as it costs about the same but offers better food quality. I do not recommend Vimal Hotel, especially for families with children. Please consider this a sincere review.
