I visited hotel in evening and had an incredibly unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, Mr. Laxman Singh. His behavior towards visitors was unacceptable. When I brought this up, he was exceptionally rude and unprofessional in his interactions. like kewal inko apni jeb bharni h hostel se mtlb nahi.This kind of service is not what I expect from any establishment. The lack of professionalism and the attempt to overcharge customers is a serious issue. I would advise caution when dealing with this individual and the hotel in general. My visit was a disappointment due to this interaction

I had my guests whom l had pur up in this hotel for my daughter's wedding, the staff was cooperative, food was good ,GM ,Mr Sandeep Agnihotri had given personal touch in looking after my esteemed guests. Their stay was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel for availing it's services.
