The room was clean, but the hand shower was broken and the bathroom door was damaged; we managed despite that. The next morning, there was no water for toilet use, bathing, or handwashing. We waited an hour with no assistance, then requested a water bottle just to wash our faces before leaving. At checkout, the staff asked us to pay for the water bottle. It's unreasonable to not provide water for basic needs and then charge for a bottle of water.
