Hotel Ekana

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean throughout. The indoor swimming pool area is very enjoyable, and the food service setup is also well done.

I recently held my daughter's birthday party at Hotel Ikana and had a fantastic time. The staff were very kind and supportive, and the owner, Mr. Narendra ji, was also very helpful and welcoming. The hospitality was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were tidy and clean, and we enjoyed the swimming pool as well; all my guests had a wonderful experience.

COMPLETELY PATHETIC MANAGEMENT.If you want to avoid being embarrassed in front of your guests, I would not recommend this place.The rooms are poorly maintained, and basic amenities like room phones don't even work. Despite repeatedly calling the front desk, simple requests such as coffee were ignored, which was especially embarrassing when hosting guests. Even essentials like empty glasses had to be requested multiple times.The staff and management were unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing concerns, they responded with indifference and misbehaved when complaints were raised.The biggest letdown was the food. We paid extra for live counters, yet the food served at the wedding was cold, leaving a poor impression on all our guests.Overall, the service, management, and hospitality were all horrible.
