Excellent hotel with outstanding service. Clean rooms, great amenities, well- maintained and a perfect location.The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help,and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel .

The rooms are nice.

Breakfast was included in booking as shown on Agoda site. Hotel staff refused. Drinking water bottles served, smelled like railways tap water. Paint was not done on one of walls in room. No cloth hanger in almirah, when asked they could arrange only one after a lot of hardwork. you need to ask for soap and shampoo, only then they would provide. AC remote got fixed once you point out to them repeatedly. They'll give wifi password once you ask them multiple times. Better to go to some other hotel where guests matter.

So worst experience...I had left my spectacle and adapter in the hotel ..they even did not receive..nd being rude on call..they are soo nonsense nd in the end they did not resolve my issue nd said wrong number...did not book any room from this hotel...
