I booked a hotel through the Agoda website on 15th August 2025 for a 2-night stay for two families, with the checkout scheduled for 17th August 2025. However, our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.Upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel name was Season Park 2, not Crown Plaza as listed on Agoda. This was misleading and the first sign of misrepresentation.The second issue arose on 16th August, when we were unexpectedly asked to check out, despite having paid for a 2-night stay. The situation escalated when the hotel owner threatened us, forcing us to call the police. Only after police intervention were we allowed to stay for the full duration.The room conditions were unacceptable—dirty floors, pervasive cigarette smoke, and accommodations that looked nothing like the images shown on Agoda. This ruined our weekend plans in Jaipur, as we had to prioritize safety and deal with these issues instead of enjoying our trip.After leaving our bags in the room and trying to salvage the day by visiting a few places, we returned at night only to face the same unpleasant environment and hostile behavior from the owner. Concerned for our families’ safety, we decided to leave the hotel immediately and return to Gurgaon that night.I am extremely disappointed with Agoda’s service. There is no proper customer support, no call-in number, and the chat support is ineffective. It appears that Agoda does not verify properties before listing them, which poses serious risks to travelers.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Agoda and will not be using the platform again.
Room was very dirty and one of the staffs (young boy) mimicked my accent after which i confronted him and he acted as if he didnt say anything and got even more angry than me...if you want a budget hotel near airport and willing to stay in such dilapidated hotel,its fine...otherwise i wont ever suggest this hotel to anyone.
