The rooms are not very clean, so are the quality of services. Expected better service and room conditions from a reputed brand. Definitely not worth the money paid to stay in a 4-star hotel. Hotel lacks cleanliness and quality expected from a 4-star hotel, it was more of a 3-star overall.

Food is ok ok I feel Ramada group is better than shereton now in 4 star category
