My stay at Brinjal Hotels in Haridwar was truly unforgettable, marked by exceptional hospitality throughout. The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What really made the experience special was the outstanding team. Every staff member was dedicated to our comfort, with a few standing out: Ms. Mamta at the front desk greeted me warmly and made check-in quick and easy, Mr. Vikash in housekeeping kept my room impeccably clean every day with great attention to detail, and the restaurant staff provided friendly and attentive service that made each meal enjoyable. I am grateful to the entire management and staff at Brinjal Hotels, Haridwar, for their sincere and heartfelt hospitality.
