I spent 2 days and 2 nights at Hotel Ganga Sutra and had a very enjoyable time. The rooms were tidy, well-kept, and comfortable during my entire stay. The service was outstanding both at the hotel and the restaurant. Every employee was polite, attentive, and eager to assist, making us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Vishnu from the restaurant team deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and friendly demeanor, which enhanced our dining experience. Overall, the staff did an excellent job, and my stay was both comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Hotel Ganga Sutra to anyone seeking excellent hospitality and service.
