Furniture’s is damage and no toliterries like comb etc no hand towelNo dust bag nothing
No staff, rooms and Bathrooms were not clean for like more than a year, cleanliness zero, nothing like “fern residency”, it was more like a lodge, have only 3-4 staff is there who manages all the operation kitchen, reception and even the room cleaning also. Pool area was also filthy and very dirty. No reponse to the room service calls, and once the hotel manager told us that they can not handle the room service calls as they do not have fewer staff.
