Hotel Ganga Azure - Har Ki Pauri Road

Nice place to stay, close to the Railway Station, the hotel is tidy and clean with comfortable rooms, and the food at their restaurant is very flavorful and enjoyable.

मेरे लिए यह अब तक का सबसे खराब होटल अनुभव रहा। चेक-इन के समय साफ़ कहा गया था कि लेट चेक-आउट पर कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं लगेगा, लेकिन चेक-आउट के समय अचानक 2000 की मांग कर दी गई। यह पूरी तरह भ्रामक और अविश्वसनीय व्यवहार है।कमरे की साफ-सफाई बेहद खराब और अव्यवस्थित थी। ऐसा लगा कि कमरे की ठीक से सफाई ही नहीं की गई थी। होटल की वास्तविक स्थिति उसकी तस्वीरों और दावों से बिल्कुल अलग थी।सबसे निराशाजनक बात दिन की शिफ्ट के स्टाफ का व्यवहार था। उनका रवैया बेहद रूखा, अहंकारी (arrogant) और असहयोगी था। ग्राहक की बात सुनने या समस्या का समाधान करने के बजाय उनका व्यवहार ऐसा था मानो उन्हें मेहमानों की कोई परवाह ही न हो।अगर होटल अपने वादों से मुकरता है, साफ-सफाई का ध्यान नहीं रखता और स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी इतना खराब हो, तो ऐसे होटल में रुकने का कोई कारण नहीं बचता। मैं अपना अनुभव देखकर किसी को भी इस होटल में ठहरने की सलाह नहीं दूंगा।

Hotel Ganga in Haridwar reportedly does not issue refunds for bookings that are canceled, even if the cancellation occurs on the same day as the reservation, and regardless of the reason for cancellation, such as an emergency. Despite requests for a partial refund after deductions for the cancellation, the hotel has declined to process any refund.
