The location is excellent, the staff are courteous, and the food is fantastic.

Hotel needs repairs ,even hospitality was not proper.My room was changed thrice in one day stay.

Nice hotel located near the Ganga river where you can bathe every morning. Easy to travel to other places using e-rickshaws or cars, and it's close to Haridwar station. We had a good stay and had our own maharaj for cooking, so we didn't try the hotel food.

I stayed here for two nights with my family, booking four rooms. The hotel is decent and has the potential to become one of the best in Udaipur. Starting with the positives: 1. Location - It's located right opposite Ganesh Ghat, where you can enjoy the Ganga Aarti. The hotel also offers a nice view and is very close to the railway station. 2. Parking - There is a large and spacious parking area that can safely accommodate any vehicle, including travelers. Areas for improvement: The hotel is old and requires significant renovation and staff training. They charge rates like a 3-star hotel but the service feels cheap. 1. Rooms - The deluxe rooms need a lot of maintenance and upgrades. They don't justify the price charged. 2. Service - The worst part is the service. Even a simple request like a glass of water can take an hour. 3. Staff - The staff seem unprofessional, more like those in a government guest house. They need extensive training. 4. Food Policy - Upon check-in, we were told outside food is not allowed, which is common, so we agreed. They said we could order anything from the restaurant menu. However, at night when we were tired and wanted to order from the restaurant, we were told only buffet was available and no menu orders allowed. When I mentioned the earlier confirmation, the response was that the morning staff was unaware. We were forced to have the buffet, and I had to take my senior family members to a nearby restaurant at 11 pm. The next day, lunch from the hotel restaurant took 1.5 hours to serve simple Indian food. Overall, it's a decent place to stay but has much room for improvement, especially with the restaurant staff.
