Pinaka Hotel and Resorts

The food was excellent and the rooms were nice. However, the service was terrible - we had to call multiple times to have our room cleaned, were kept waiting for breakfast early in the morning, and then were told they couldn't serve us for another hour.

The hotel is very well kept and the food tastes great. The garden is nicely maintained. However, the staff are rude and the room was not cleaned even after 2-3 reminders. When we asked for something early at 7:30, they agreed but did not even serve a cup of tea. This was disappointing.

Our time at Pinaka Hotel & Resort was unforgettable. The setting is stunning, featuring magnificent views of the Shivalik Hills right ahead and the tranquil forests of the Chilla Range around the property. Waking up to a scenic jungle view from our room was truly special. The cuisine was excellent. Each dish was tasty, but the Aloo Gobhi is definitely worth trying—I strongly suggest having it at least once. The Paneer Butter Masala and Fried Rice were also delicious and flavorful. A heartfelt thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Mridul Puri, for his kind hospitality and professionalism. He looked after us attentively during our stay, ensuring our whole family trip was comfortable and pleasant.

The staff's hospitality and services were top-notch. I will suggest this place to all my friends and relatives for their travels. The food was excellent, and once again, the staff's hospitality stood out.
