The food was excellent and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were courteous, and Fancya was consistently helpful.

Our lunch was fantastic. The dishes were tasty, fresh, and flavorful. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, ideal for unwinding. Miss Fanciya, the staff member, was polite, attentive, and delivered great service during our time there. All in all, it was an unforgettable meal, and we look forward to returning. Strongly recommended!

When people hear you're going to Haridwar, they often ask why or what happened. Our reply is simply that we're heading to Hotel Pride Elite Haridwar for a staycation or to explore. The Pride Group continues to expand, adding new hotels in various cities. Pride Elite Haridwar is conveniently located right on the highway, about ten kilometers before Har Ki Pauri, the famous ghat on the sacred Ganga River where daily morning and evening Arti ceremonies take place. The highways are now in good condition, and it took us just three and a half hours to reach Pride Elite Haridwar from Delhi. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from GM Manish Patwal and his team, including a Tikka ceremony, welcome drink, and a lovely beads mala with a RadhaKrishan pendant. The hotel is easy to find on the highway, featuring around forty-six rooms, a restaurant called Cafe Pride, and a stunning rooftop 360 Bar and Lounge. This lounge spans three stories and offers a full 360-degree view of the city—truly amazing. We learned that beyond five kilometers from the holy Ganga River in Haridwar, non-vegetarian food and bars are allowed. We enjoyed spending time with the friendly and lively GM Manish Patwal, discussing many topics. Lunch included delicious Chicken Biryani with Raita. In the evening, we relaxed at the 360 Bar & Lounge, which has about one hundred and fifty seats, a large colorful space with a DJ, mist fans, and breathtaking city views. We savored some excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters along with mocktails. The next morning, breakfast featured Aloo Puri, sandwiches, and fresh juice. Around five in the evening, we went to Har Ki Pauri, but attending the evening Arti was impossible due to overcrowding—something we didn't expect on a regular day and made us decide not to return there at that time. Of course, other ghats are available to visit. Thanks to the Pride Elite Haridwar team for making our stay comfortable.

Spent two very comfortable days at The Pride Elite Haridwar at the end of June 26. Since it was hot in the afternoons, we mostly stayed indoors, exploring the services, enjoying the food, and engaging with the General Manager and his team, truly appreciating their hospitality. The GM, Manish Patwal, was humble, enthusiastic, and energetic, always attentive and keen to hear our feedback on the room and food services, taking time to discuss everything in detail. We felt very much at home. We received a warm welcome with traditional Artitikka and a beautiful pearl Mala with a Radha Krishna pendant, fitting for the holy city of Ganga. A refreshing Blue Lagoon welcome drink was served. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, with cut fruits on arrival as a special touch from the GM, followed by a delicious Chicken Biryani with raita, which was satisfying after our three and a half hour drive from Delhi. The hotel is conveniently located on the highway and recently opened a stunning 360 Lounge and Bar on the rooftop, featuring a live DJ and seating across three floors with great city views, which is sure to be a hit. We enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian kababs with tasty mocktails. The main courses, including Mushroom Vegetable and Malai Kofta with garlic naan, were excellent, followed by Gulab Jamun for dessert. Breakfast featured hearty Chhole Bhature with ABC juice and sandwiches, and the next day the chef served an Italian platter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a warm, smiling team always ready to listen and assist with our questions.
