Open Hotel by Olive - Hotel Siddartha Elite

WARNING: This is not a hotel. It’s a nightmare in concrete form.If hell had a reception desk, it would look like Hotel Siddhartha Elite in Vijayawada — or whatever shady name they’re hiding under this week. Agoda calls it Olive Hotels, Google lists it as Open O Hotels, Oyo has another alias, and the actual signboard says Siddhartha Elite. This place is a scam wrapped in filth.After a grueling 700 km drive with my wife and 1-year-old daughter, we arrived at 8:30 PM only to be greeted by a belligerent manager and two *** staff members who reeked of alcohol and arrogance. The manager accused me of double booking and demanded payment for two rooms, then launched into a rant about how Agoda’s commission was robbing them. If they hate Agoda so much, why list themselves there?Eventually, they tossed us a room key like they were doing us a favor. What awaited us inside was beyond horrifying — a biohazard zone disguised as a hotel room. The walls were smeared with stains that looked like blood and mold, the linens were crusted with filth, and the mattress was torn, stained, and crawling with bed bugs. The pillows had black fungal blotches that made me gag. Cockroaches scuttled across the floor like they owned the place.The TV was a dead relic. Mosquitoes buzzed around like they were paying guests. No repellents, no nets, no concern. The bathroom? A stinking, claustrophobic pit that resembled a public toilet at a railway station — cracked tiles, leaking pipes, and a stench that could knock you out.The door lock was broken — from both inside and outside. When I raised this serious safety concern, the manager shrugged and said his staff were “trustworthy.” Trustworthy? These were *** who kept leering at my wife all evening. I didn’t feel safe for a second.I begged for clean sheets, a working lock, anything — but was told they had nothing. Not even a mosquito coil. At 10:30 PM, exhausted and cornered, we had no choice but to endure the filth and fear.The surrounding area is equally grim. No decent restaurants, no clean eateries. Even the nearby Domino’s looked like a disease incubator. If you order food through the hotel, they fetch it from a roadside thela next to a drain. Yes, a literal drain.Every photo online is a lie. The real hotel is a rotting carcass of false advertising. The exterior might fool you — but inside, it’s a horror show.DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT EVEN WALK PAST THIS PLACE.This is not just the worst hotel in Vijayawada — it’s possibly the worst hotel in existence. Stay away unless you enjoy filth, danger, and being treated like garbage

Fully commercial, not providing drinking water, no wifi, no restaurant, when we book rooms through this platform they are not giving money receipt, but they will take money

One thing I would like to share on this flatform that, when we book room through any app they will not give any cash receipt but they will take cash, when we ask for receipt politely also they will not give. And there is no restaurant in this hotel

They have totally rejected the booking I have made for my driver even after showing the Booking Id of Ixigo as well as Agado. They Have made the driver wait for more than 1 and half hour, and finally rejected the booking even after ixigo officials have spoken to them and we tried to convince them repeatedly. It was very late night, our driver had to sleep after a tiring long drive for more than 8 hours and finally he was allotted a room, after paying the tariff in cash which is Rs. 600/- more than the Ixigo tariff. Very unpleasant experience and even I had to lose my sleep in trying to convince them for more than one hour. Ixigo should take up the issue and respond back to me. I should be paid compensation not only for the tariff difference and for also the mental agony and loss of sleep
