First of all, there's no way to contact the staff (even through app or directly) . I faced a bit of trouble finding the location because the name wasn't mentioned like in the pictures. You have to go to the third floor to find the name.Coming to the room, it's not at all cleaned properly. And the bedsheets, towels provided weren't near and got to know that they weren't even given for laundry. The staff guy told me to adjust with that. The bathroom wasn't neat either, it smelled bad and the exaust fan wasn't working. Tl;dr if you're on budget, then you can go for it. Since I spent less time in room, it was okay for me, but I expected atleast basic cleanliness.What's worse is they didn't even provide a single water bottle for drinking. I had to purchase it by myself from outside.
