Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel staff were unprofessional and showed very little respect towards guests. In-house food orders took an unreasonably long time to be delivered, causing significant inconvenience.The hotel also imposes unnecessary restrictions on ordering food from outside, while failing to provide timely service themselves. Customer service standards are poor, and the staff appear inadequately trained to handle guests professionally.Overall, the management needs to seriously improve staff behavior, service efficiency, and guest hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

My recent stay experience in Vijayawada gave me a clear perspective on what true hospitality feels like.I initially stayed at Minerva Grand Vijayawada, where I was quite disappointed. Several amenities promised during booking were not provided, and even basic assistance like helping with baggage was unavailable. The experience felt more like a reliance on brand image than actual service delivery.Another major difference I experienced was in the food. Despite specifically requesting less spicy food at Minerva, my requirement was not taken into consideration. In terms of taste as well, it did not meet expectations.However, my stay at Jade Suites completely changed that impression. Their service truly defines the phrase ’no words to express.’ There were no exaggerated promises’only genuine, thoughtful hospitality. The atmosphere was so warm and comfortable that it genuinely felt like a home away from home.The food at Jade Suites was equally impressive’perfectly balanced, home-like, and genuinely delicious. It was so comforting that it made me feel like staying in and enjoying the experience rather than stepping out.A special mention to Mr. Adhitya, who ensured everything was perfectly arranged even before my check-in. His warm smile, calm approach, and professional attitude make him a true role model in hospitality. He has a natural ability to put guests at ease, even when they are tired or stressed, which truly sets the tone for a pleasant stay.If you are looking for a place that values customer experience over appearances, Jade Suites is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended.
