We have travelled as a group of 16 members for a Marriage function with few of our family members and at the Check in the guy at the counter Bhaskar was rude enough to confront with us for all the ID proof's of the Guest. On providing the Passport copies he still was asking for unnecessary documents. We do not understand when we have submitted our local ID proofs of majority of guests he wanted all of us to provide with unnecessary things. He almost made us to wait for 45 minutes at the counter which is annoying. I definitely does not recommend this Hotel. Second incident we were given our room in 4th floor and when we returned back to hotel at about 2 AM in midnight, one of the room key was stuck and not opening. When we insisted them to change the room, the person says there are no rooms on the same floor even though they had few vacant rooms. This shows the negligence and arrogance attitude of the Hotel staff who just want the Guest to suffer and trouble them. They are not at all bothered for customer service nor customer delightness in this hotel.
