Hotel Sun square

I chose to stay in this hotel after booking it through an online app, having seen its good reviews. The hotel is very reasonably priced, and I even got an additional discount on Goibibo. I booked two rooms’one for myself and one for my sir’while returning from Guntur after office work.The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. They are nicely decorated and equipped with necessary amenities like a tea kettle, sugar, tea, and coffee. The air-conditioned room was neat and clean.However, I faced a few issues in my room (303). The towel handle in the washroom was broken on one side, and there was water leakage from the basin pipe. Apart from these minor issues, I liked the rooms considering the budget. The location is also good.

A great budget friendly place situated at a good location in Vijayawada. I stayed there for one night with my family as a stopover while traveling to Hyderabad. Room sizes are good with all basic amenities, staffs were friendly. I opted for the breakfast while booking, and that was the best part.Don't expect much and you won't get disappointed.

The location of the hotel was good. It is near to Kanaka Durga temple and 25 mins to TTD temple. However, the hotel facilities were not upto the mark. The rooms were smelling of paint and no numbers would work on the telephone in your room except 9 for reception. The number for room service was 200 and we couldn’t enter it on the phone as the numbers wont work and they don’t care about it. We stayed for 2 nights and they gave a water bottle on the first day and on the second day, they said we need to return the bottle and they will refill some water and give it, which is weird. The room service food was not that great. The onions were smelling bad and looked slightly black in colour. Bathroom was not super clean too.

I stayed at Hotel Sun Square for three days, and it was a good experience with 24/7 staff support. The hotel was clean and hygienic - they clean at regular intervals and maintain hygiene standards. Hot water is available throughout the day.At the reception, they providecomplimentary mocktails, changing them daily. You can try them for free. However, there are issues with air conditioners in a few rooms. Before checking in, I'd recommend double-checking the AC and proceeding accordingly.The staff responds quickly if you seek any help.

I am now staying in this hotel and for the first day we opted for dinner/lunch and breakfast. We reconfirmed with the staff and they told like its 300rs per head. Now they are continuously asking for money like its not per head its per room.. manager and staff are saying different policies. Very bad.. waiting time for food is also too much. Food is tasty... rooms clean. Services poor.
