I recently booked a hotel stay in Vijayawada through the ixigo app, and I had a wonderful experience! As a newcomer to the city, the stay felt very welcoming. A special mention goes to the reception desk supervisors, Soniya and Naveen, who were incredibly nice, respectful, and humble throughout our interaction. The cleaning boy was also highly respectful and well-behaved. The hotel is overall a fantastic choice for families and couples, and I will definitely choose it again on my next visit. The only minor issue was some discomfort from mosquitoes. I highly suggest the management take some proactive measures for mosquito control and slightly improve the deep cleaning process to make the stay completely flawless. Thanks to ixigo for a smooth booking experience and to the hotel staff for their great hospitality!

This hotel ranks among the worst I have stayed at. The rooms were unclean, the air conditioning was faulty, and the bathrooms were very unsanitary, resembling a badly kept public or train station restroom. The service was also quite poor and did not meet expectations. I advise against booking this hotel and suggest considering other options.
