Hotel Sree Kubera Grand

I booked for one person instead of two. Later I sent an email requesting to add another guest, but the request was not accepted. Even after two ladies arrived early in the morning, they still did not accept the request and spoke very rudely. Is it correct to behave without even basic humanity like this?

Hotel is good. Room is clean but bit small. Washroom is not to expectations. Washroom need to be more cleaner

I booked the hotel with breakfast included which I regret later because they didn’t mentioned in the website that there’s no option in the menu and we are non Indian so we need much variation that’s why I included the breakfast option. Later when we went to dining hall , there’s not even one table to sit and dine peacefully and not even one customer is there. Employees are rude too. I don’t recommend this hotel if want breakfast included. Room is okay with basic service.

Today I had a bad experience while checkout time .1.The Management First of all don't know with what they were working! If they calls the persons as pax then it will be called 3 star hotel . In my conversation with the management they claimed that it's a 3 star hotel but unfortunately it's just kubera grand where they maintain cleanliness and latest interiors .2.Today during checkout ,billing time I never had such messy on any kind of star hotels even in abroad so far during my hotel stays. Fortunately, I am a business person and stayed in many 3 star and 5 star hotels in countless times through out karnataka, Andhra,West Bengal and in abroad Hongkong & China(I stayed for 42 days during the last year).The management came up with an additional bill claiming for the stains of some lipstick and some dust for their towels which were provided to us during our stay . The management told us that they needs additional chemical and labour charges for washing the used towels so I need to pay them absolutely the fare what ever they charge towards this incident. I am surprised ’’’’. The management said that I spoiled their towels with our usage (I.e I should not use their precleaned white towel and should have brought a towel and linen). The management said i damaged their towels ’’. The hotel room is a bit untidy how can I know that the management will charge for their hotel's faults . If the management have mentioned that the guests should not use their towels we would have brought up a new towel instead of all these mess. Why the management has no sense of providing a good bath accessories. The management don't keeps dental kit , toilet paper , paper napkins or tissues ,1 ltr water bottle to each person who stays for a whole day . The breakfast areas doesn't have a dining table. I paid Rs.4200 for the suite room . Instead of keeping an eye on these stains and squeezing the pockets the hotel's management should look after the basic provisions /amenities to stay comfortably for the customers. Please note ,No 3 star hotel keeps such a dining area with handleless plastic chairs without a dining table and without dental kit, a neat floor mat in the staying room. The hotel management used insulting words on me with their arrogance.3.The management mentioned the lipstick stains and dust as damage in the bill issued to me today and I paid it .we are business travelers around the world.The hotels must wash the towels,linen after every occupancy's checkout.I won't leave up this issue.This is how the Hotel Sree kubera grand's hospitality towards its repeated customers.

Very small meeting room. Hardly fits 100 members. Better for a round table conference than a presentation due to it's orientation. Food is average. Not bad at the same time not excellent. The lift is also on the lower capacity. It's an average experience.
