Every thing was ok..but the male receptionist whose behaviour not tolerable..Even though room was vacant he denied us to book for another day made us disappointed.. overall all other services are good

Family • India • Aug 2026I traveled with my husband to visit Durga malliswara temple and Panakala Narasimha Swamy temple .Hotel was not up to mark as we are seniors and they gave a room where bathroom has a big high step to climb and go in and bathroom was flosding with water as it was having a bad water outlet .We informed management and no one bothered abt to come and see .Breakfast was so simple and there were no special items for example Dosa and poori . They served only idlis upma and small punugulu and bread and butter. On the whole they have hotel with pomp and show but not amenities . The room service was not at all prompt .
