Hotel Sree Kubera Grand

The room is nice considering the budget, with clean bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Although the room is small, it is worth the price you pay.

This is detailed review on my experience of the stay in here.Please read and don't fall for false ratings.1. First, I'm over charged. I checked in at 3pm and left around 11 the next morning, I was charged with 2500 which is way more than the booking price from apps.2. They didn't allow outside food. Why the hell I can't bring my own food and eat in the room I took for. It's the worst thing I haven't tasted vijayawada food even staying in vijayawada.3. Provided 2 lifts where one doesn't work and the other is always used by maintenance people.4. Even you switch on cleaning bell from your room, they don't clean. I don't understand what that's for.5. ’The AC freaking don't work. It's a centralized AC, and the display is damn manipulated. It shows 18 degrees and it's same as the outside temperature. I asked them to fix or change room. And obviously, no response.I want to give an absolute zero star and i don't understand hpw this got a rating like this. Never recommend it. Please choose another hotel.The only service i liked is the communication from the reception. The guy over there spoke good with dignity and respect.

I checked in at 3pm and left around 11am the next day, but was billed 2500, which is much higher than the price I booked through apps. 2. They didn't allow outside food. Why can't I bring my own food and eat in the room I paid for? This was the worst part—I didn't even get to try Vijayawada food while staying in Vijayawada. 3. There were two lifts, but one was broken and the other was always occupied by maintenance staff. 4. Even when I pressed the cleaning bell from my room, no one came to clean. I don't understand the purpose of that bell. 5. The AC was terrible. It's a centralized system, but the display is misleading. It showed 18 degrees but felt as hot as outside. I asked for a fix or room change, but got no response. I want to give zero stars and can't understand how this place has such a rating. I do not recommend it. Please pick another hotel. The only positive was the reception staff, who communicated politely and respectfully.

Nice hotel in a central location, very close to both the bus and railway stations. The complimentary breakfast offered is excellent.

Every thing was ok..but the male receptionist whose behaviour not tolerable..Even though room was vacant he denied us to book for another day made us disappointed.. overall all other services are good
