Hotel Vdara

My stay at this place was not less than a nightmare. Complimentary breakfast is chargeable at this hotel. TV doesn't work, wifi gets disconnected every now and then., intercom doesn't work, mini fridge cooling is set to 26C n many more horrible experience to share.

What the hell was this? When we asked the employee about paying by credit card, he simply said that credit cards are not accepted and asked us to leave the place immediately.This kind of behaviour and attitude towards a customer is completely unacceptable, especially when we clearly informed him that we are a corporate client. Regardless of the payment mode, asking a customer to leave in such a rude and disrespectful manner is highly unprofessional.I expect a proper explanation for this incident and appropriate action against the employee. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no option but to escalate this matter to the concerned management.

My expectations fell far below acceptable standards.The problems began immediately upon arrival. Despite being called earlier by your staff and told that my room was ready, I still experienced a frustratingly delayed check-in. Once I was finally given access to the room, I found that it was unclean. Furthermore, several basic facilities were completely broken: the shower did not work at all, and some of the lights in the room were faulty. To add to the unpleasant environment, when I opened the window hoping for some fresh air, an awful smell filled the room because it was ventilated directly near the dustbins.The service from the staff was equally frustrating. I experienced a long delay for a very simple room service order of fried cashew nuts, and I had to ask the staff twice just to get a working TV remote. To make matters worse, the WiFi connection was highly unstable, constantly disconnecting on its own.When guests book a stay, they expect basic cleanliness, a comfortable environment, and prompt service. Sadly, my experience lacked all of these. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these operational failures so future guests do not face similar inconveniences.

Had a wonderful stay at Vdara Hotel, Vijayawada. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall hospitality was excellent.The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the ambience of the hotel was modern, elegant, and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, making it a great choice for both business and family stays.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Vijayawada. Looking forward to visiting again!

We stayed for one night and it was a great stay. Rooms were clean but corridor was not that great. Only one lift was in working state so bit challenging to get the lift.. Bathroom was clean. All the electronics appliances were working. Food was tasty and room service was also available.Hotel is at a great location and valet parking is available. Breakfast was also good but options are limited. It would have been great if more food options were available.
