Service is not good. They did not change the Bedsheet until asked to do. Did not provid Towels. Even Water is not provided. Said that water purifier is not working. Also, my room geyser is not working. When I complained about same, they took it light and told they will repair. So, I have used cold water only. Should have checked before. Overall, pathetic service. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EVEN FOR A NIGHT.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vijayawada. The overall experience was excellent, from the warm and welcoming staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The hospitality was really impressive, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay.The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The service was prompt, and everything was handled professionally.A special appreciation to the entire team for their excellent hospitality and making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vijayawada and would be happy to stay here again! 👍✨
