Poor Accommodation – Not Recommended for FamiliesFab Anupama Keerthi Hotel is located in a prime location near the temple and railway station, which is its main advantage. However, the accommodation facilities were very disappointing. There is no proper parking facility, so guests may face difficulty finding a safe and convenient place to park. Do not be misled by the photos shown on the Fab or Agoda apps, as the actual property and facilities may not match the images. The geysers in some rooms were not working properly. When I first entered the hotel, the premises were filled with cigarette smoke and the smell of alcohol, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially for families. The same building also houses a bar and restaurant, so I would not recommend this hotel for family accommodation. The checkout policy was another major disappointment. Even though the checkout time is 11:00 AM, the staff start repeatedly reminding and pressuring guests almost an hour in advance. They also do not allow guests to stay even 30 minutes beyond checkout without charging extra fees on an hourly basis.Overall, despite its convenient location, the lack of proper parking, poor room facilities, unpleasant environment, misleading app photos, and strict checkout policy made my stay an unsatisfactory experience. Do not trust the photos on the Fab or Agoda apps, and I would not recommend this hotel for families.
