Disappointing Stay Experience

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I got bitten by bed bugs, which led to multiple itchy red rashes and swelling on various parts of my body. The bites caused a lot of discomfort even after I left the hotel. The room service and cleanliness were also lacking; the room was only cleaned once in 5 days, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Basic hygiene and regular housekeeping should be ensured. I expected better cleanliness, hygiene, and pest control, but my experience was quite the opposite. I strongly urge the management to thoroughly inspect the rooms, implement immediate pest control, and improve housekeeping standards. I hope they take this feedback seriously so future guests don't encounter the same issues.
