We booked this hotel only because it's fab group of hotels. But when we checked in its worst hotel I have ever visited. All I can say is everything we've experienced from the beginning is the worst to the core, hospitality, cleanliness of the rooms are very poorly maintained, amenities aren't up to the mark not even as per 2 star standard. Not sure how they claimed to be 3 star. The AC is making noise the bathroom has opening beside exhaust , mosquitos, no tissues were provided. Bedsheets are dirty. What not, its is even worth of one star.
We have booked two standard rooms but upon reaching hotel realised rooms were sold out and we were provided 3 bed hall so called suite room .Washroom fitting were poor, exhaust fan was broken , water tap were loose! Water flow was very low every time we had to use bucket to flush the pool. Staff were rude break fast is another waste of money there only idli and dosa nothing else.Parking is a problem they don’t have space for more than 4 car .In the name of amenities it was only lift , no toiletries, dental kits were provided. Towels were ages old and hardened. Soap provided was damn hard Never walking into this hotel pls if you are with family
