Absolutely Terrible Experience!Our family had one of the most unpleasant experiences ever at this hotel. Traveling with a 5-month-old baby, along with the baby’s parents and grandparents, we arrived at the hotel around midnight in heavy rain ’ only to be welcomed with arrogance, zero empathy, and complete unprofessionalism.While confirming our booking, we had clearly informed the staff that we would be bringing our pet along. The lady on duty asked for details ’ such as whether it was a small or large breed and whether it would sleep on the bed. We clearly told her that our pet would not sleep with us, as it has its own bed which we always carry during our travels. After taking all the details, she confirmed our booking ’ but later denied her own words.At the reception, Mr. Yesubabu was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking as though guests meant nothing to him and showing no regard for pets either. Shockingly, he suggested that we could occupy the room only if we kept our pet in our car throughout the night. We were stunned by his inhumane suggestion and asked to speak with someone higher in authority. He then called his General Manager, Mr. Venkat, and explained the situation.Unfortunately, Mr. Venkat ’ the so-called GM ’ showed no sense of responsibility or basic decency. He simply stated that pets were not allowed and said he would ’enquire with his team regarding the miscommunication’ the next day, while we stood outside in the rain with a baby.It is truly disappointing how this hotel is being run with such an irresponsible and insensitive team. The management seriously needs to reconsider whom they hire, because hospitality begins with respect ’ and that was completely missing here.I strongly feel that this hotel is not a place worth staying at. My rating is actually a big ZERO.

Traveling with a 5-month-old baby and elderly parents, we were treated with shocking arrogance and zero empathy in the middle of the night.Haseeba confirmed our booking after taking all details, then denied her own words.Yesubabu at the reception was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke as if guests mean nothing to him.And Venkat, the so-called manager, showed no sense of responsibility or basic decency ’ he simply said he’d ’handle it tomorrow’ while we stood outside in the rain with a baby.It’s sad to see people like this representing a hotel brand. The management seriously needs to rethink who they hire, because hospitality starts with respect ’ and that was completely missing here.Strongly not recommended.

One of the Worst Experiences Ever ’ Heartless Staff and Zero HumanityI honestly don’t even know where to start. Me, my wife, our 5-month-old baby, and my elderly parents had one of the worst experiences of our lives at this hotel ’ in the middle of the night, at 1:30 AM, while it was raining heavily outside.My dad had actually stayed here just last week and, before booking this time, he specifically called the hotel to check if we could bring our pet. We know it’s not a pet-friendly place, but my dad politely requested, explained everything in detail, and spoke to a lady named Haseeba. She asked for all the details and said she’d check with her manager. Later, she confirmed the rooms were booked for us. No one mentioned anything about a ’no’ after that.We trusted her word and drove all the way from Hyderabad to Vijayawada with our family ’ only to be denied entry at the reception. The person at the front desk, Mr. Yesubabu, was shockingly arrogant and rude. He spoke to us as if we were begging him to do us a favor. My dad tried explaining calmly, even called Haseeba on speaker, and she suddenly flipped her words saying she confirmed the booking but didn’t ’confirm’ pets.If that was the case, why would she confirm the rooms at all after taking every single detail about the pet? It was clear she messed up and was now just covering herself. And instead of trying to help, Yesubabu stood there with zero empathy, rolling his eyes and throwing attitude, even saying, ’Do whatever you want.’ I was stunned ’ that’s the level of professionalism they have here.We then called their so-called manager Mr. Venkat, thinking at least he’d handle it better. But no ’ he made it worse. He straight up said he couldn’t help and that he’d ’look into it tomorrow.’ Tomorrow?! We were standing outside in the rain with a 5-month-old baby and two elderly parents at 1:30 in the night. What kind of manager says that and goes to sleep peacefully knowing a family is stranded because of his staff’s mistake?This whole experience was beyond disappointing ’ it was heartless, irresponsible, and disgusting.’Haseeba lied and confirmed a booking she shouldn’t have.’Yesubabu acted like he owned the place and had no basic manners.’Venkat failed as a manager and didn’t care one bit about the situation.If this is how they treat their guests, I can only imagine how they run this place. No empathy, no accountability, no professionalism ’ just arrogance and blame-shifting.We were left on the road in the middle of the night because of them. Never again. If you value your peace, your family, and your dignity ’ stay far, far away from this hotel

we have ordered food and dropped in at this place , the food offered was not up to mark and rather dis satisfying. Roti was burnt black, veg curies were not of good taste, curd was chilled and brought directly from freezer, veg biryani offered is not hot , we ordered dal with tomato but was served Dal with mango tasted very very sour could not taste. had a disappointing dinner.
